Summary: Come diving with us in the famous bay of the blue cave in the Isola Bella Marine Park in Taormina. It’s an easy dive site for check dives, PADI Discover Scuba Diving program and the PADI Open Water Diver Course.

Description: The dive site is located north of the Isola Bella. A dive for all levels, mostly used for the PADI Open Water Diver course, refresher courses or the PADI Dry suit Course, located just next to the famous Grotta azzura! The Blue Cave! We start from 5m under the boat where we follow the sloping bottom down to 12 or 18m at the end of the bay. Beautiful is the rock in front of the Blue Cave. The aquatic life is characterized by: schools of breams, goldline fishes, moray eels, octopus and small groupers.
This dive site is also great for the PADI Discover Scuba Diving program and PADI Bubblemaker experience. The calm, shallow parts of the bay allow us to introduce new divers into the basic principles of scuba diving. Breathing first from a regulator at the surface, looking down to the sea bottom which is only 2m below us. Descending at a slow pace to a maximum depth of 6 meters where you can encounter numerous small wrasses and breams straight away! It makes this one of the most exciting, first time experiences to have underwater!
